Very good quality article Very easy to assemble Quality delivery and logistics tracking.
Fast delivery and quality product, the kids love their ninja line!
Finding spare parts for a trampoline that is over ten years old is not easy except with France Trampoline where the parts are always available
Everything was perfect except for a small incident with the carrier, resolved after a phone call.
Great, as ordered
Very quick and hassle-free customer service: my trampoline jump mat under warranty was replaced on my first phone call. Thank you for your efficiency!
Great trampoline, the kids love it
I expected better from France Trampoline for this protective mat purchased to replace the old one. It is clearly the right size but it is a bit oversized which causes significant creases and will quickly weaken the whole. The attachment system has been improved but was not, in my opinion, the priority. However, the skirt is still as useless (it should either be lengthened or removed as it always rides up in the net) and the protective mat remains too soft and too narrow to be really effective. There have been several leg injuries from going between the fabric and the springs on landings, fortunately more fear than harm. Taking inspiration from the protections of a Gymnova trampoline would, in my opinion, be welcome.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback, we take them into account and will pass them on for the continuous improvement of our products. It seems that your first trampoline did not come from us, which would explain why the protective cushion does not fit perfectly. Indeed, if this is the case, although this cushion is suitable for your trampoline, it was not originally designed for your specific model. Regarding your comparison with the Gymnova brand, it is important to remember that our trampolines are specifically designed for individual leisure use, which differentiates them from professional gymnastics trampolines sold by Gymnova. Best regards, The France Trampoline team.
Purchase made to replace our old 15-year-old trampoline. We were advised by phone and we are completely satisfied with our purchase.
Product meets my expectations. Simple order, delivery within the announced deadlines. I installed this brake yesterday without any problems and the kids are having a blast!
Very good. Very good bounce for children and adults.
Packages delivered on time and without issues.
Fast delivery.
Second trampoline in 10 years. Always good quality, and a quality and responsive customer service. Thank you again
Good reception of the perfectly packaged parcel! Excellent trampoline for our daughter, a young gymnast!
It's all good
Great purchase! The kids are thrilled! However, we find that the zip line cable is too thin and the spring a bit light... We'll see over time how all this holds up!
Excellent
We are very satisfied.
Excellent service, nothing to report.
Delivery compliant and assembly rather simple. Durability of the material. However, the basketball hoop does not hold.
Great communication for a complicated mat to find, thank you very much for everything.
The order was delivered correctly and within the indicated time. Very good.
Fast shipping and very good quality item. Easy to assemble with two people.
Very good service, very good material, nothing to complain about.

Perfect. Delivered as expected.
Thank you for trusting us with our complaint about the missing products we ordered. This site resent our entire order. We recommend buying a set or accessories for a trampoline from this site to maintain it longer and we can replace broken products instead of throwing away a whole trampoline set.
I have no doubt about the quality of the products. We bought our trampoline 12 years ago. Changing the pads and the net as it wears out a lot. What a pleasure to be able to order spare parts for the trampoline when necessary.
Difficulty creating my account, but after sending an email and providing my phone number, I was contacted quickly and the lady herself created my account. Delivery on time.
Compliant with the order and within the announced deadline, very fast!
Product completely meets my expectations.
