The order arrived very quickly, the game is very interesting but we will see in use what its durability will be. It seems to be of good quality.
Delivery on time. Product in accordance with the description but could probably have been delivered with a manual...
Very good product! I highly recommend
Delivery 3 days after the order... Really very fast.
Order compliant and fast delivery
Very happy with the quality of the product and the commercial contact. Finally, a trampoline that allows fun for both small and large.
Order received perfectly on time and compliant with our expectations.
Super responsiveness from your advisors

Compliant with my expectations
Quality products
Nothing to say. Everything is compliant.
The site is generally explicit, intuitive, and complete. The ordering process is quite simple and easy. The pre/post-sales service is very professional, available, and very accommodating. No delivery problems. I have been using France Trampoline products for 6 years. I am completely satisfied. I recommend without reservation.
Product compliant with the order and received very quickly.
I am disappointed by the lack of information regarding the delivery. I did not receive any date for it
Dear Sir/Madam, we have received your message regarding the shipment of a zip line in stock and delivered in 1 day after preparation by the DPD carrier. We are sending you the tracking link and the carrier will also contact you directly to ensure your delivery via SMS and email. We apologize if this is not sufficient to track your shipment. The France Trampoline team.
Structure quite simple to assemble by following the instructions. Great result, the kids love it!
Nothing to complain about, perfect but not yet assembled.
Order compliant
Very precise item description on the site that allowed the choice of the right product, fast shipping, impeccable quality.
Nothing to say about the order and delivery within a very short time. Regarding the trampoline, it will be installed next week.
Reliable and fast.
Very good.
Everything perfect. I was contacted to confirm the dimensions and received within the expected deadlines.
Ok no comment.
Timely and premium delivery from the courier.
Hello, very well informed by phone, impeccable delivery, thank you for your advice.
Incredible customer service. I received the trampoline 4 years ago. A tree fell on it. I was able to repurchase only the parts that were damaged. I made a mistake on a reference and France Trampoline called me two hours after my order to check if it was intentional. They were able to modify my order and refund me because the part I had chosen was more expensive. I had a doubt about the assembly and I was able to contact customer service who helped me. Really the type of company I want to work with. Thank you France Trampoline!!!
Easy order and ultra-fast delivery.
Fast delivery (3 working days). Assembly instructions quite clear. Assembly took longer than announced but without issues. The trampoline seems solid, my child (3 years old) is very happy. Let's see how the trampoline will age, but for now, it's a flawless performance from France Trampoline.
Product completely conforms to our expectations.
Easy order. Fast delivery. A bit expensive. At the time of ordering, it is not specified that the assembly system of the arcs is no longer the same.
Absolutely correct, thank you.
Top customer service, our trampoline is over 8 years old and thanks to these spare parts it is still like new. Delivery by a courier.
Purchase of Ovalie 490 Trampoline. We are satisfied with the quality of the trampoline, seems sturdy! Let's see over time, purchase made following the advice of an acquaintance who bought a trampoline 13 years ago (never disassembled for winter) and in excellent condition (1 net change in 13 years). We hope for the same for our purchase! Satisfied with the quick delivery time and the transport service of the goods. The assembly is very long, deciphering the assembly guide is not easy, there are missing markers to find your way. 2 people are enough, an additional person at times to avoid too much difficulty. The video available on the internet facilitates the assembly. In total, we spent the day on it. For the 3 stages: 1h15 for the structure; 1h for the trampoline mat (missing markers to avoid making mistakes before placing the springs) and the protective foam. 1h20 for the net and finishing + anchoring. Regarding the tools provided, we were apprehensive after reading the comments and we were surprised, no problems on our side.
Material conforms to the request.
Perfect.
Meets our expectations, let's see the quality over time.
Very happy with the swing but disappointed with the deck chair as no carabiner was provided in the box so it is impossible to attach it to the dome and use it.
Dear Sir/Madam, The new version of the hammock no longer requires the use of carabiners. Please feel free to contact our customer service by email with photos for example to understand the issue together. You should not have any problems unless it is the wrong size that was delivered for example. Best regards, France Trampoline.
Very good product. Efficient delivery.
Deadlines respected.
Immediate response when I contacted by phone, excellent welcome, friendly and efficient. Fast delivery.
Nothing to report.
Quality item, fast delivery and very friendly customer service.
Excellent quality, and fast delivery. I really recommend, the people I spoke to on the phone are super attentive. Thank you very much, my children are thrilled.
Good exchange by email and quick response to my request
Excellent quality. This purchase was to replace a trampoline bought 8 years ago that was still in service. A real good investment and a pleasure activity for the children.
Fast, careful
Nothing to report, product conforms and seems to be of good quality. We'll see over time how the fabric ages. Fast delivery
Very good product and very good customer service.
