I ordered a dome with a tent and hammock. Unfortunately, the tent had a weakness; so when we stretched it, one of the hooks cracked. I contacted France trampoline specifying what had happened and not really knowing what I expected from them in the end. Well, they made my son happy! They quickly sent a new tent! The dome seems solid, my son appreciated his birthday gift. However, we ordered the dome + hammock pack. Hammock that we could not install because I was surprised to read on the new one that it requires carabiners.... which were not provided!!! I will have to go spend at Decathlon for the carabiners, so I am disappointed not to have installed the hammock with the rest of the surprise
