The phone contact prior to our purchase went very well. The representative was patient and pedagogical. The site is very well designed and the delivery was fast.

Very good
I am very happy with my purchase, this is the second time I order from you, but this time disappointed because the delivery took longer than expected between the order which was forgotten to be validated and the delivery I lost 2 weeks.
Very good product however the delivery by DPD is a disaster...
perfect delivery respected fast perfect solid packaging
Good advice Fast order
Good but quite expensive

Nothing to report
Very satisfied. I recommend. Very clear site and top delivery speed.
Very good phone contact Timely delivery Good product
I have a trampoline from another brand that uses the same parts as those on the site, I had a doubt about ordering spare parts. I sent a few photos via WhatsApp and I was contacted back within half an hour to help me. Order placed and delivered within 5 working days in Belgium. Great site and great follow-up ;)
Material of good quality that delights the children A delivery issue occurred but independent of France Trampoline which was very attentive to resolve the problem. I recommend with my eyes closed
Top notch, fast delivery, top products and I called an advisor for assembly, pleasant person who met my expectations
delivery made on the requested date
Hello. I was just discussing this with a friend... You are number one, by far, ahead of all the websites (and especially companies) I know... you are a reference, a perfect example of everything one can expect from customer service, even for leisure! I have been a craftsman for nearly 20 years, I place at least two orders a month, and no one comes close to you... Congratulations on your products that remain high quality given the circumstances, you evolve them when justified, well done to the whole team! Thank you again Sincerely Pierre Fruchier
Excellent quality and fast delivery!
The trampoline seems to be of very good quality after assembly, we'll see over time now. 2 remarks nonetheless: instructions not very clear sometimes, you have to guess some assemblies, and the last step of assembling the peripheral belt is very average, it goes around the trampoline and the straps passing over the posts are too small.
Product generally meets my expectations; Video and assembly instructions too brief, hence possible difficulties in assembly for someone not handy but ultimately doable. Very good order tracking/customer service; I recommend
material corresponding to the order and easy to install
Fast shipping, material compliant. Little kids are delighted!
Order and delivery very fast.
Fast and compliant delivery.
very professional, I was called to verify the references of the trampoline for which I was ordering the mat
Good advice
Customer service available and responsive. Very satisfied
Very pleasant and very professional phone contact. The package is delivered on time. Very satisfying. However, efforts could be made regarding the packaging: the trampoline is delivered in 2 stacked boxes and these are really damaged, I didn't have time to unpack the boxes to see if the product is damaged.
Perfect tracking of parts on a trampoline almost ten years old in very good general condition. We definitely do not regret our purchase.
I was well advised, pleasant staff
My daughter is delighted, simple and quick installation. The zip line is of good quality!
Fast shipping, spare parts always available several years after purchase
No problem, fast delivery
Perfect 👍
Looking for spare parts, I was very well guided. However, the prices are high, and no commercial discount...
Very good. Finding replacement parts could be facilitated by entering the reference of the purchased trampoline
Quality product and faithful to the description! Fast service and perfect order tracking! I will order again without hesitation!
PERFECT! All good!
I was delighted with your services. A caring team, and very good advice.
it's a shame for the net no instructions and not even on my account, after struggling a bit I managed to get there
VERY GOOD PRODUCT
Fast, no particular remarks
Very satisfied with the advice by phone, the management of the order and the received material.
Quality product and available
Very satisfied with my purchase and the trampoline model that I couldn't find anywhere else.
