Technical information absent after my email request. Dimensions of the net very optimistic and installation "tight fit"
As always, very good material delivered on time. Kudos to the France Trampoline team
Very serious
This trampoline really seems to be of good quality. To be seen over time…
Good product, the quality is there. I recommend.
Competent and very kind
Bad. We have not received our trampoline. At this price, I find it unacceptable! When will our order arrive???? Best regards ***
Hello, rest assured that we are putting pressure on the carrier every day to locate your pallet and deliver it to you as quickly as possible. The delivery time is indeed abnormally long and compensation will be provided after delivery, of course. The France Trampoline team
My children are fans of the dome, my partner and I can even get on it without any problem, it's great. With the hammock, it's really a plus. I recommend it 200%.
Very good
The trampoline was delivered on time, the assembly went well, no surprises, the product is perfect.
Perfect. France trampoline even noticed that I had not made the right order and pointed it out to me. Thank you+++ Top after-sales service. Just a small complaint: the price!!
No feedback on the product for now but seems sturdy, impeccable delivery with prior appointment and very friendly delivery person
I wanted to replace the net of my Jump'up 360 trampoline. On the site, I saw 2 references that were suitable, but in the photos, it was impossible to know what the differences were. I therefore wrote an email to support, but I did not get more explanation. I chose the cheapest net. It was not the original one, so a bit disappointed. On the phone, I mentioned a broken fiberglass rod and that I found it unfortunate to have to buy 12 as proposed by the site, while only one was necessary. The amount was sent to me for free. From that point of view, I am satisfied.
Had to change the bars because the anchoring system did not hold for 9 months and the trampoline flew away. The order was supposed to ship the same day. I had to call back 3 weeks later because it still hadn't shipped. 3 iron bars and two trinkets for 35% of the total price of the trampoline. Elastic not provided in the bars that hold the upper net. In short, it's good Chinese junk!!
Hello, We are sorry to hear that you encountered problems with your trampoline. Even the heaviest trampolines, weighing between 100 and 200 kilos, can unfortunately fly away during storms. We recommend lowering your net when there is a risk of storm, as the stakes planted in the ground are not always sufficient to keep the trampoline in place. Regarding your order, one of the parts was out of stock at the time of your purchase. You were informed of this delay at the time of ordering, by phone and via our automatic email. We understand that this delay may have been frustrating, and we apologize for that. We are a company that aims to help our customers as much as possible by offering all possible spare parts, unlike some companies. Additionally, we granted you a discount on your order considering that you had recently purchased your trampoline. As for the fiberglass arcs, it is clearly stated on all our product sheets that they do not come with elastics, as they do not require them. Our customers have been using this system for years without encountering problems. We hope these clarifications address your concerns. If you have any other questions or needs, please do not hesitate to contact us. Best regards, The France Trampoline team
Excellent products. Our trampoline is 10 years old and I only need to change the skirt this year. We had not yet bought a cover for the winter. That is now done.

For the trampoline, nothing to say, it looks sturdy and of good quality, but on the delivery side, it's a disaster! Completely useless carrier, leaves the goods on the road!!!!!

Top delivery. Pleasant and professional delivery person
Trampoline received quickly but with legs that have paint chips and a non-functional bracket to secure the posts.
Hello, We apologize for the inconveniences encountered with your trampoline. To remedy this situation, we took immediate measures by sending you the basketball hoop as a goodwill gesture, as you requested, along with the missing bracket. We hope this action has contributed to your satisfaction and that you can now fully enjoy your trampoline. Best regards, The France Trampoline team
The arch does not hold well in the safety net, I have already requested to receive a 10 cm piece to see if it holds better! No positive feedback yet
a product of very high quality and impeccable customer service! long live made in France...
It is appreciated that we can easily find spare parts, especially a new net for our trampoline purchased from you several years ago. However, the hooks seemed to be smaller but with the old ones, the job is done
Delivery too expensive!
Very good
Fast and careful delivery. Perfect!
Very fast delivery. Good quality products. Assembly information not quite correct regarding the ground mat. The instructions delivered with the product or the online video do not match the received product. Impossible to attach the ground mat as described.
