After a few questions about product compatibility, excellent commercial handling, the person who answered us was friendly and competent. My wife and I appreciated the commercial gesture.
Items conform to my order, delivered within the announced deadlines.
Client for 7 years already (very satisfied) Very professional telephone contact, precise advice and proposed order, delivery within 3 days, well done.
No problem, perfect and fast, delivered quicker than expected, product conforms
After an order almost 10 years ago, needed to change the protection, they found exactly my order to send me what I needed and I just had to validate my order, that's the best
Very involved telephone assistant, precise, relevant in his proposals and excellent advice
Quality material. Availability and responsiveness of the sales service. Fast shipping.
The materials provided are very serious and of high quality, you can see that it is made to last. Everything works very well and safely. However, we found the assembly very difficult, you really need to be very strong physically to succeed even by following the order given in the instructions. Stretching the trampoline is tedious, the tool provided is ridiculous, you need very good pliers to assemble the legs. But all that is forgotten because the trampoline is really great.
Very happy with your product, even though today there is no longer the net with double door like I had before.
Simple and effective
Nothing to say, very good
Very good purchase
Great, good communication with the delivery person, deadlines respected and very fast shipping!
Excellent material - very fast and well-packaged delivery
You are satisfied with the product and the delivery
Thank you for the customer service.
Clear website, delivery without difficulty, product very easy to assemble, and super quality
Good product but missing an elastic to attach the cover to the dome.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback on our product, although we are sorry to hear that an elastic was missing to attach the cover to the dome. We apologize for this inconvenience. Please feel free to contact us by phone or email if you encounter similar issues in the future. We would be happy to send you an additional elastic if you still need it. Best regards, The France Trampoline team
Well-made site. Great choice of products
Really very nice climbing structure my son is delighted 👍
Very serious teams, package shipped quickly after a phone call from France trampoline to verify that the ordered item meets my expectations.
No problems between ordering and delivery, good quality material.
I was able to call customer service and modify my order before shipping. They were attentive and able to make these changes.
Called for a warranty request due to a broken spring. Very pleasant to quickly have someone on the phone who speaks normally and is simple and efficient. That's why I order from you.
The equipment itself is very satisfactory but an 80x60 pallet for putting 3m long boxes seems a bit tight to me and the boxes ended up a bit damaged during transport.
Excellent products and after-sales service at France Trampoline. We are delighted with our trampoline purchased 7 years ago, which withstands wind, sun, and rain well. We also recently bought fixing brackets to replace the two we broke back then during installation. The after-sales service quickly provided us with the corresponding reference and delivery followed right after the order was placed. Nothing to complain about; it's perfect.
Very good
Everything is well explained on the site and the delivery is top-notch. The delivery person was on time and placed the pallet in the garage.
Very good after-sales service, someone called me to tell me that I had ordered too many attachments and that he would refund the surplus, super nice!
Very good product, looks solid and of good quality. The assembly was just laborious alone. It is better to have two people to assemble the 3m dome to avoid bar shearing during friction until they are assembled with the other elements. In some places, the plastic wrap around the metal bars got damaged. We'll see over time if this affects the strength of the bars. The hammock module is very popular with the children.

After two uses, several attachments holding the net under the jumping net are unstitched... incomprehensible.
Hello, We are sorry to hear about the problem you encountered with the attachments of your trampoline net after only two uses. To help us better understand the situation and resolve the issue, could you please provide us with photos of the problem by email at contact@france-trampoline.com? Best regards, The France Trampoline team
Delivered on time, broken ends were quickly resent. Not finished assembling yet, won't be used before the end of the year, the kids are not old enough yet.
Perfect and quick.
Perfect!
Great 👍 my 7 and a half year old son loves his climbing dome, he spends a lot of time on it. However, the assembly was a bit laborious, we were two to set it up.
Very satisfied, the site is clear and the products are of excellent quality. Our trampoline is 10 years old and hasn't budged!
