I really appreciated having someone on the phone to clarify my order.
Package arrived quickly. In the anchoring kit, it would be good to include one or two extra hooks, as they rust... Thank you
Net and poles much better than the original ones.
Very good after-sales service
Honestly overpriced this protective mat ordered compared to the price of the complete trampoline. And this despite a small commercial gesture from customer service. There is a lack of a sustainable development approach. It feels like it's more profitable to buy a brand new complete trampoline.
Effective and fast
The new arch is great (the elastic present in the old one is not necessary) The net is very good too Fast delivery Customer service attentive
Second purchase of net, the opening of this one is not very suitable for children as they cling to it because the passage is narrow for entering inside, risking tearing at any moment, this has already happened with the first one.
Fast and compliant delivery.
Hello, the delivery was fast and careful. The trampoline cover is very well designed and seems durable.
Good quality product. Our son loves it and so do his parents.
Perfect!
Very good product. Fits perfectly on a non-branded trampoline.
Order conforms to the description, product of very good quality. Nothing else to buy, just assemble it quite easily and get started.
Climbing dome offered for my daughter's 5th birthday. She was over the moon and so were her friends. They spent the afternoon climbing, playing in the hammock... The products are really of very good quality. You can tell it's solid! Well done
Excellent after-sales service.
Perfect material and delivery.
Fast and efficient delivery.
Perfect.
Product conforms and good advice!
Conforming and solid climbing dome, nice colors, the accessories (swing, tent, and hammock) are great, the children love it. 2 climbing holds were broken in the package but were sent back to me without any issues (I hope they will last over time because on the domes we saw second-hand during our research, there were often broken holds). Impeccable delivery, friendly and considerate delivery person. The only downside is the assembly instructions which do not always show the correct overlaps of sticks from one image to another.
The received product meets my expectations. The assembly went smoothly with the help of the provided information. The delivery was fast and of good quality.
Availability, efficiency, and kindness... What more could you ask for?
Top product, order and delivery without problems, everything is clear.
Quality material, easy installation and shipment followed and in line with my expectations.
The trampoline is sturdy but ends up rusting. We changed the torn net and the bent poles after a few years and some flights. The new net is very resistant (it withstands our cat's climbs at least) and the new stakes (black instead of stainless steel) will hopefully resist rust better. We added cable ties under the foam tubes that have sunk over time on the first model. It remains solid and qualitative but what a price increase in 4 years...
Very serious site, the people on the phone are attentive and give good advice. Despite an ordering mistake on my part and my late complaint, they accepted the exchange for my problem, even offering to cover the return shipping and shipping costs for the new order.
Too bad my order is not exactly the requested item. The received item does not fit easily on the trampoline. When the children jump, the cords come off.
Very good product, however delivery was unacceptable! The delivery person left me alone to carry the 192kg between the gate and my garage, over 50m. I expect an explanation from you on this point.
Very happy with our purchase, good quality material, easy to assemble, super bounce! My gymnast daughter loves it
Everything went well.
Everything was perfect
Quality material, very fast delivery.
Nothing to complain about. Goods in line with the order. Deadlines respected
Top delivery service. I was contacted to know my availability. The delivery person was super professional. The 3m dome is easy to assemble but you need at least 2 people. It is really great, of good quality and the accessories too (soft swing, hammock, tent). I am really not disappointed to have chosen a dome instead of a swing for my little 6-year-old boy. Thank you France trampoline for offering this product.
Super zip line!
Welcome and advice everything is perfect. We are delighted with our order.
My contacts at France trampoline were very professional
Hello, impossible to install the swing, called customer service today who informed me that some straps are missing. These should be delivered to me by DPD within 15 days. We are waiting. Thank you
Timely and efficient delivery
Perfect
Delivery as per order and on time. Nothing to report
Very good responsiveness from customer service who guided us to the right product. Delivery times respected.
Product conforms to the description. Fast delivery.
Very good quality-price ratio, product received very quickly, well packaged, well done and thank you; happy children who spend hours on the trampoline
Nothing to report. Everything is perfect
Beautiful quality, fast delivery. However, there was not an extra bolt or screw and it's a shame because we needed one...
Very good product. A high price, but if the trampoline stays in good condition for a long time, I won't regret it
Very good quality product and easy to assemble
Fast delivery. Trampoline looks sturdy and of good quality (to be seen over time...) My children are delighted!!!
