Product corresponding to my expectations
Good customer service
Very responsive customer service and fast delivery. Very good customer follow-up.
Quality item, quick order, delivery on a pallet in good condition. Nothing to complain about.
Blocking a whole half-day for delivery is inconvenient... especially without a backup solution (drop-off)
Super happy, product conforms to our expectations
Impeccable delivery, on the scheduled date and time.
Perfect! Attentive. Ultra fast delivery
Perfect and fast order
Quality net, changed after 7 years
Very good material. Fast delivery
FAST DELIVERY
Excellent product. Easy to assemble.
Good product, which was in stock, shipped quickly, ok but: the price!!
Great transaction, nothing to complain about
very good product which explains the slightly high price
The product was delivered quite quickly, contrary to the warning announcing longer delays due to supply issues.
This item was a gift so I don't know if the assembly and use were satisfactory for now I will inquire
Products conform to the description!
Effective
Very satisfied, order of spare parts (protection mat) is top, just the right size and easy to find, my trampoline is used all year round and the protection mat was starting to wear out seriously, quality is fine and allows to almost start anew. I add that my jumping mat, which is at least 3 years old (and 3 winters outside), still holds up perfectly despite daily use, so honestly super quality, please keep it up! Excellent value for money.
I am very happy since the beginning of my orders due to the responsiveness of your services... it is very pleasant to talk to someone who puts you at ease and resolves doubts!!! Thank you and see you soon Françoise Barthouil
Good service, product conforms and is of high quality. The foam of the trampoline mat is thicker than the original. Very reassuring. Good00
Very good
Perfect! Can you tell me which product to clean the black fabric of the trampoline? Thank you very much. Best regards ***
Great
Very good material. Quality spare parts
Quickly done, well done and well packaged.
Everything was perfect
Very good value for money on the structure, the tent slightly expensive when I still have to get the hammock to know if this one can be put at the same time as the tent.
We made a mistake in the size of the trampoline cushion. France trampoline took care of everything: they even placed the order for the right product and took back the wrong cushion.
Very good product, solid, nice. The kids love it. Good idea the hammock and the swing.
Great

Very good purchase, very good quality material and fast shipping.
Nothing to say, impeccable customer service.
No problem placing the order and for tracking. Moreover, the installation was complex and complicated to implement.
Very satisfied, product corresponding to my expectations, complete package. I gladly recommend.
Very pleasant contact by phone.
Perfect in order tracking and delivery. Very fast.
Fast delivery. Everything is well protected. Trampoline assembled in a few hours (you need to be 2). Very good quality!! Lowering the net in case of wind is easy. And already hours of jumping and playing for my son (5 years old). Top! 👌🏼
Perfect. The order for the net was made easily even though we did not have the initial reference of the trampoline thanks to the help on the site. The delivery was fast.
