The tutorials on the France Trampoline website are very well done for ordering without making mistakes. Spare parts conform to the original model and fast delivery.
It's good material that arrived quickly. It corresponds to what we wanted.
Reviewing the transport - 1 of the packages arrived, the box was open and crushed, the visible bars. I am waiting for the assembly to check the final solidity.
Very good material, easy assembly even alone, packaging well done, fast delivery
Perfect, fast delivery and product conforms to my order.
Very good
Very good quality product. A bit tricky for assembly, you need at least 2 people for assembly. Not enough photos.
Very good trampoline! Very satisfied with our purchase. Very fast delivery. Super!! We recommend France trampoline!
Very fast delivery, good products.
Super product and order received within reasonable time
after-sales service as usual, listening, responsiveness, efficiency
Fast delivery, item conforms and of good quality.
good
No problem, deadlines are respected, products are of quality.
Quick response for customer service on a trampoline purchased several years ago
Super!
Easy order, pleasant and competent person on the phone once the order was placed. Only downside - assembly requires strength and perseverance.
Super customer service, fast delivery and well packaged... Well-guided assembly, nothing to say! The product is great! The kids are thrilled!
Quality product, fast delivery and well packaged
We are very satisfied
A relief to deal with a company that cares about doing things right. Thank you very much.
Super product purchased from France Trampoline. Serious. Shipment within the agreed timeframe at the time of order.
perfect!!! the products are great
Super product, super support as usual at France trampoline...
Very good quality protective tarp that doesn't move despite strong winds. Very fast receipt of the package.
Great choice of products, no problem during online shopping, we even received the order early. The quality is there, the parts and assembly are very sturdy, no safety issues.
***
Very good product, but a lack of precision in the assembly instructions, a numbering of the parts would be welcome,
Serious site, reliable items and fast shipping.
Impeccable.
Very good quality trampoline, very easy to assemble, I recommend +++
Quality products but, despite a relatively early order, the gifts did not arrive for Christmas.. Main gift for the children, we were therefore forced to buy additional gifts so they had something under the tree... Big disappointment therefore.
Hello, thank you for your feedback. The products in stock were shipped immediately (ladder and slackline) and were received before Christmas. We indeed had a restocking delay regarding the basketball hoop for the trampoline. We apologize for these circumstances and do our best to ensure our customers receive their products as quickly as possible. Best regards, the France Trampoline team.
Fast delivery. Everything went well. Very nice delivery person. He helped unload the package and carry it to the house because it was heavy and bulky.
Excellent quality trampoline, small downside for assembly as I am not very handy, even though there is a manual, sometimes you have to guess and think hard!!! But with patience, you can do it and you can contact the technical service at any time and they helped me right away 👍 I highly recommend!
The delivery, the product, I was totally satisfied.
Good service.
RAS
Quality product. Fast delivery.
Very good product and the children are happy, Thank you.
Very good product, delivered on time.
The service was that of a quality professional.
Item delivered on time, conforms to the description. Everything seems to be of very good quality. Very good tutorials for assembly. Only small complaint: in the assembly video, it looks super easy, it's a woman who performs the actions effortlessly, whereas in reality, even the strongest man in the family had difficulty inserting the tubes into the clamps... and we had to use a hammer and a wooden board to push them all the way in.
Very good product, of good quality! But delivery time too long, and often postponed..... Last item received in January 2022, order placed in April 2021!!!!!......
Hello, thank you for your feedback. We indeed sent the accessories in three shipments, at our expense, due to the restocking delay. We apologize for these circumstances and do our best to indicate the most accurate restocking dates to our customers. Best regards, the France Trampoline team.
Good product that delights our children, only downside is the delivery box damaged on a completely exploded pallet.
Perfect and fast delivery!
Quality of service is terrible. Exclusive France Trampoline product, ordered on 03/11/21, shipped on 28/12/21!! Shameful for a manufacturer’s products and at *** on top of that. No commercial gesture, no apology... I do not recommend.
Hello, thank you for your feedback. When you ordered on 03/11, the restocking date for the cover was 03/12, as indicated on the product sheet. We sent you an email on 16/12 to inform you of an additional delivery delay. The product was finally shipped on 28/12. We apologize for these circumstances and do our best to inform our customers of the most accurate restocking dates possible. Since the cover was purchased with a 20% promo code, we unfortunately cannot make any additional commercial gesture. Best regards, the France Trampoline team.
The plastic hooks to hold the safety net are not sturdy enough: 2 broke while putting up the net. These are the same plastic hooks for the protective mat covering the springs. We have 4 broken just after the first season of use. We bought from France Trampoline for the quality and spent the financial means for that, so of course, we are disappointed with this part of the product. We will therefore contact France Trampoline's customer service for a commercial gesture (free supply of hooks).
Product conforms to the order, careful packaging, and fast shipping.
Very good quality trampoline but unfortunately the cover is torn.
The ninja course is good, but the ropes (part of the elements) are hard to grasp. First installation not easy. Better to be two.
