Everything was great! And the kids really like the trampoline.
The package arrived well packaged but the instructions were not easy to follow
HIGH-QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONAL ADVICE FOR ASSEMBLY
Quality material and it was just missing two pieces for the ladder and the customer service was very responsive and very competent
Low-quality plastic attachments of the protective net surrounding the trampoline, break easily, I doubt their durability with the sun, I wonder about the safety of the children!!
Hello, thank you for your comment. We apologize for this issue encountered. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service (contact@france-trampoline.com) with photos of the defective parts. We will get back to you as soon as possible to apply the warranty. Best regards, the France Trampoline team
Very good product except for the hammock which was defective and for which we still have not received a replacement?
Fast and careful shipping. Quality product. Thank you
Excellent products conforming to the descriptions.
Order history impossible. Following a call, I was supposed to be contacted again, that never happened. I managed on my own.
Perfect in every way
Parts available years later, order delivered on time and quickly, it's perfect
Very good
Delivery compliant with the order, within very good deadlines
Product compliant with the description... Of quality... We are having a blast...
For order processing, no issues, fast processing and compliant delivery, however, spare parts are not always easy to obtain and the price for 2 spare parts is almost the cost of a new part. It's a shame.....
Easy to install. The kids are thrilled, even the teenagers who appreciate the bounce and the possibilities of tricks
Very satisfied.
Trampoline contour mat received well, quickly. Installed on our model that we have had for over 10 years, still top-notch! A bit large compared to the diameter despite the correct item ordered but I think it will be fine over time. It had the same issue with the net when we changed it two years ago... Very good company, very solid item, serious and with spare parts always available despite the years!
Very professional service.
The order went very well, but the product is not of optimal quality. The net is coming undone.
Great the kids are having a blast ❤️❤️❤️
Very good advice
The jumping mat does not match, but the customer service contacted me following an email from me. An exchange is in progress at shared costs
Super material.
Product compliant, perfect size
Fast delivery time, order compliant. Trampoline purchased in 2015 for my daughter's 3 years, in 2022 changing the net and the foams, super trampoline of great quality
Perfect! Fast delivery, top material
Order received quickly. Wide choice of outdoor games, it's great.
Very fast and compliant order
I am extremely satisfied because I was contacted after validating my order to inform me that the product did not correspond to my previous order and indeed it was not suitable for my trampoline. We were therefore able to modify the order before shipment and receive a perfectly adapted net within very satisfactory deadlines. It is indeed a bit more expensive than on other sites but the service and quality are unmatched!
Very good

Very good
Nothing to say. It was perfect
Good quality product
Quick and efficient
Very good quality satisfied with our purchase
Great
very good
For the quote, the technician on the phone and the delivery nothing to complain about! But on the other hand, the new tubes ordered do not have the same powder coating finish and being in construction and knowing the prices I know it's a matter of economy and for the fiber rods it's the same, I received 10 cm scraps to go around the trampoline and without string, it looks more like reconditioning and at a high price than new! Too bad…
Fast shipping. Efficient customer service.
Ordered via colissimo Friday afternoon at the cost of ***e in fees and still not received even though it was indicated that by colissimo the package could be delivered on Saturday. I request compensation for these fees. on 11/04/22
Very good site, the staff is very nice, quick and understanding...Nothing to say, you can order with your eyes closed.
Delighted with my purchase. I took the 250cm for my 3-year-old son, he is having a blast. My 6-year-old daughter can swing underneath without any problem! Even my 82-year-old grandmother! Great
Effective product, but be careful with the cable that can get stuck in the slot and prevent it from working! It would be better to replace it with an aramid cord that is less likely to get stuck and will have a higher resistance than a cable. (e.g.: 3mm diameter in aramid = 560 dan of break resistance!) The product works very well for rope zip lines too! But watch out for the cable!!!
Good quality products
